Simple perfection.
The Gin Rickey was the most popular drink in the 1920's! This enduring and classic cocktail is as easy to make as it is delicious.
Helpful hint: premium dry gin tastes better than bathtub gin.
Make it!
- 1¼ oz. dry gin
- ¼ oz. lime juice
-
1 oz. seltzer
Pour gin over ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Those swanky, crystal cut ones are nice.
Squeeze about half a small lime into the drink and add a slice of lime for flair.
Top with seltzer.
